Delete your account

You can delete your Sanaam account in the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open Sanaam and sign in.
2. Go to Account, then Delete account.
3. Finish or cancel any open bookings first.
4. Confirm.

By email

Email support@sanaam.co from an address you can identify, and give the phone number on the account. We will confirm it is yours and delete the account within 7 days.

What happens to your data

We delete your profile, favourites and device tokens. Booking records are kept in anonymised form for accounting and disputes. Read the privacy policy.
