My booking is still waiting for payment.

Pay the venue by the time shown on the payment screen. After you pay, the venue marks it paid and you get a confirmation. If the time passes, book again.

I want to cancel.

Open the booking in the app and tap Cancel. The refund shown there is what you get. After the cut-off time, the venue decides.

I did not get my one-time code.

Wait one minute and tap Resend. Check the number is a Lao mobile number starting with 20.

I want to delete my account.
